Seashells That Feel Like Home

She saw seashells by the seashore

She never thought that they could be more

Her and her family in a place she had never been before

Just enjoying that day by the shore

But there was a storm predicted to fall

Little did she know it would be the worst storm of all

The winds would rip and the thunder would scream

Until this little girl was ripping at the seams

And when it was finally over

The feeling of loneliness only grew closer

Her happiness now torn apart by the storm

Has left her broken and insecure

What reminded her of that feeling of home

Were those shells she she saw by the shore
